21 Day FIX, Week 1 :: Change your life!

I'm starting the #21dayfix over again tomorrow, starting on day 1 again.  I've been following the program, but had a rough couple of days this week, due to not feeling all that well, and I made #excuses.
So, starting fresh first thing in the morning....getting a good nights rest, getting up early to do my workout, all my meals are planned and prepped, and I'm ready to take on the week!  #letsdothis
