I'm so excited to start something new!
I've been collecting healthy recipes for quite a while, and we have our favorites around here!  I'm excited to start sharing them with you, and thought what better way than to make them into meal plans!
Each Monday I'll be sharing a collection of recipes for you to use during the week!

Ultimate Reset :: Day 5

I honestly feel like these updates are probably VERY boring for you!
My apologies!
My days have been going really well, I'm not craving anything, and not experiences any crazy symptoms like some do.  I had chills on days one and three but since then I've felt normal :)  Yesterday I had some smoked chicken and didn't realize until afterwards that it had rub on it that most likely contained sugar and other non healthy ingredients. AND...I had a small bowl of yogurt with fruit after super, and that is not in the plan.  I really don't think I screwed things up too bad doing both of those things...BUT, it did make this journey less than perfect...I'm okay with it!

I am really hoping to have some awesome results with this reset, and I want to follow it as closely as possible to achieve those results.

Ultimate Reset :: Day 3

Good Morning!
Day FOUR! I'm loving the Reset so far!!!

Here is my Day 3 Recap ::
The recipes in the book are delicious!!!!!
Look at what I've been eating the last couple days....
 Black Beans and Brown Rice and a Sweet Potato....side of cucumber tomato onion salad.

Awesome Breakfast!!! 2 Eggs, one slice of toast and one cup of steamed spinach ! YUM!

Ultimate Reset :: Day 2

Day 1 Recap ::
Yesterday was  great day!  I felt awesome all day, and didn't have a problem with any of the meals set out for me, or the supplements.  The only side effect I had that I was expecting was chills...I was freezing for about 4-5 hours in the afternoon (which happens, but i didn't think I would experience that...don't know why I thought I'd be different, lol)  But, I was satisfied, not hungry at all....the day was great :)

Day 2 Recap ::
Today was a great day too :)  I took the kids to the park and we had a picnic lunch...everything was prepared ahead of time and I didn't have any temptations!
Really I didn't have any issues today with the reset!  I'm enjoying everything so far!  Day 3-5 are typically the, hoping tomorrow and the rest of the weekend go okay!

Ultimate Reset :: Day 1

Good Morning!
I'm embarking on a new journey starting today!  I'm joining Carl (Beachbody CEO) and his wife Isabelle and doing the Ultimate Reset (21 days)

Honestly....I'm SO SO Excited to get started with this.  I've been wanting to to the reset for about 6 months, and finally it's the right time for me, and I'm ready!

I'll be brutally honest here, I've been naughty the last couple weeks...workouts have been inconsistent, nutrition has only been so-so...and I feel like crap because of it.  I'm more than ready to get back on track and start feeling the best that I can!

I took my measurements and weighed in this morning, got my before pictures, and I'm ready to go!!
