- 1 C of Coconut Water (or any liquid, almond milk is yummy!)
- 1/3 C of Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Strawberries (or any fruit, blueberries or mangos are great!)
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp of Cinnamon
- Throw in blender all ingredients. Blend on low.
- Pour mix in mason jar, or air tight container.
- Refridgerate for 20+ minutes, open, stir enjoy!
