It's a serious struggle for me to stay on track with my health and fitness. It's real, friends. I KNOW that once I get back into the habit of workouts every day I'll feel SO much better. I KNOW that if I cut sugar and processed crap out of my diet I'll feel AMAZING....so, why it is SO hard to make those changes???
I don't know. But what I do know is that today is a new day, and TODAY I am starting over for the last time.
I'm starting 2015 off with The 21 Day Fix, along with a handful of my friends. We are doing this together, we WILL succeed, we WILL finish the 21 days STRONG, and we WILL NOT quit.
I love having such an awesome support group to do this with, it really is KEY for me. I can't do it alone, I am way too good at talking myself out of or into things...so, when I have a support network to lean on it makes a world of difference!
Let's do this ladies!!! 21 days to make new healthy habits!!!!
